What on earth. For some reason, I was completely convinced that this very day, was indeed a MONDAY. Why did I do such a thing? And what on earth, did I even do the day before this very day?
Slightly confused.
Anyway – today I went to a Korean restaurant with some classmates which is located right outside the campus. Since I’m not very fond of Korean food – unfortunately – I was a bit unsure if it would even fit my likings.
Anyway, I ordered something called “omurice” (오무라이스), which basically is an omelette with ketchup, rice and some chopped sausage (at least the one I had). It was really good! It wasn’t really Korean food though, of what I understand it was more Japanese fusion food. Anyway, I realised that I like it simple. When there are more than four ingredients in a dish, it’s more unlikely that I will like it sadly.
I really liked this omurice though, have to get back here! –
