I did not look forward to this day. Because it made me think of the forever alone meme. But when I came to class this morning, my friend from New Zealand had prepared some gifts for us all. She bought a bunch of candies for me! A donut heart, chocolate, and a false rose that actually does smell like a rose! Suddenly, this day turned into something great. Thank you, Duri!

Then, we got out test results back. I almost fell off my chair. Because I did not study. Still, I got really high points!

I SWEAR NEXT TIME I WILL STUDY HARD.

Anyway. After class, I met up with my Korean penpal Ri for the first time! We’ve been pen palling for a few years now. I was a bit worried how it would go, how she would be like, and I didn’t really know how to act. We were in Myeongdong and mostly walked around some stores, talked a lot (and laughed!), so it was really fun!
