Today is such a cosy day! It’s been quite of a hectic day as I got a really rude and horrible customer. He called me awful things and in the end it made me tear up so my collegue had to take over. Pretty crazy. I had to take a break for an hour to calm down, even. I wish that people could realise that people in customer service are no robots… Please treat us with respect, too?
Thankfully, the majority of customers are good to us. But it’s pretty unbelievable, I can’t stop thinking of it. Guess it shook me up pretty bad.
