Been trying new food lately! Visited a Himalayan restaurant where they had super delicious food! And then I tried those poké bowls for the first time.
I’ve gained some weight since I arrived to Stockholm, and now I feel that I’ve had enough. I know I’m not fat, but some of my clothes are starting to feel a bit tight and I also feel uncomfortable which is not what I used to feel like. So, now I’ve stopped eating candy, chips, ice cream, cookies, sugary drinks and fast food as well. I was inspired by this self help book on how to gain more self discipline and instead I’m eating nuts (cashew are my favourite!), popcorn and carbonated water with different flavours instead. I feel so much better! That book has also helped me with my sleep by the way. I feel great.
